Adding a flight cannibalizes existing departures. Removing one spills demand to competitors. Traditional forecasting uses the same-time-last-year data, which breaks completely when you change the network.

We use causal machine learning to separate supply effects from demand effects. First we predict RASK under normal conditions, then we model the elasticity how much adding a similar flight would cannibalize existing revenue. This gives your network planners what-if scenarios they can actually trust.
